at Fifty Two Skadoo we appreciate all of our clients
patronage and as such, we will do all we can to
make the return/ exchange process go as smoothly
as possible. All we ask is that the following
guide lines are respected and adhered to:
REFUNDS:
If you are requesting a refund, please make sure
we receive your item with all tags attached, unworn,
smoke and perfume free, all original packaging
kept within 14 days from the date you
received your order. Include your receipt
and your request. Any items received after the
14 days will be eligible for an exchange or store
credit only. Buyer is responsible for all shipping
and handling charges.
EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT:
If you would like to return your originally ordered
item for something different or another size,
we will be happy to accommodate you with an exchange
or store credit. Please return your item with
your request unworn, all tags attached, smoke
and perfume free, with item put back in all of
it's original packaging . Include your receipt.
In cases of exchanges or store credit, you have
30 days to return your purchase from the
date you receive it. All merchandise
received after the 30 day period will not be eligible
for an exchange or store credit and the item will
be sent back to you at your expense. In all cases
of refunds, exchanges and store credit, merchandise
returned to us must be unworn, smoke and perfume
free, all tags attached, with all items put back
in it's original packaging . We cannot re-sell
merchandise that appears to have been worn or
used and as such, any items that we receive back
to us in any of these conditions will be promptly
sent back to you and you will be charged the shipping
costs.
